Digital Designer & Art Director

‘Skills To Go’ was Google’s campaign to encourage the nation to use their downtime to learn new digital skills, to help increase their earning potential, get a new job or grow their business. As a Digital Designer & Art Director, I worked closely with Creative Directors Dan Jude, Paul Dixon and David Boa at Redwood BBDO London on Google’s brand campaigns. I was assigned to work closely with them to build out creative design ideas for art direction treatments, video content, animation style and creative digital collateral for ‘Skills To Go’ and ‘In the time it takes’ a separate video series featuring Steven Bartlett, Patricia Bright and Holly Tucker MBE.

The main creative campaign ‘Skills to go’ featuring Ian Wright, who brings digital skills training to people at different times of the day – from the morning commute to the lunch break to after hours at home. The ads feature integrated digestible learnings within everyday objects in each scene, such as the bus stop, on the fridge door and coffee cups.

In the time it takes

Redwood BBDO created the latest integrated campaign which features three long form films Steven Bartlett, Patricia Bright and Holly Tucker MBE on how people can use their free time to learn and grow your career or your business with new Google digital skills - with the theme ‘In The Time It Takes’. These videos offer tangible learnings for viewers in the time it takes to get a haircut, walk the dog or have a cup of tea.

While supporting the creative directors, I supported the development of the look & feel of each video and animation concepts & designs working closely with Creative Directors, Editors and Animators.
